🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions #

Step 1: Download and Install the Application  #
  • Log in to the Kaamfu Web Application.
  • Click Download to obtain the setup file. This can be done in the following ways:
    • During Sign Up: Click on the ‘Download’ button next to your OS

    • After Login: Click on the ‘Download Workstation Connect’ button on the top panel

  • Double-click the downloaded file and complete installation.
  • If prompted, click More Information > Run Anyway.

 

Step 2: Log in to Kaamfu Workstation Connect Application #
  • Open the Workstation Connect Application.
  • Login with your credentials

  • Accept the work agreement and click I Agree

Step 3: Start Your Shift #
  • After Login the Workstation Connect application Shift timer will automatically start capturing time with last task
  • Go to the Web App and select a task you want to work on.
  • The timer will automatically start and record activity

Step 4: Pause Your Shift (Optional) #
  • If you need a break, click Pause Shift in the Workstation Connect Application

  • Resume anytime by clicking Continue Shift

Step 5: End Your Shift #
  • Once finished, click End Shift in the Workstation Connect Application.
  • Your workday logs will sync automatically with the Kaamfu Web Application
