Introduction #
The Worker List in the Team Panel gives users an organized view of all workers they oversee, along with direct access to each worker’s backlog, work journal, and productivity data. It’s one of the most essential tools for managers and admins to monitor their teams effectively within Kaamfu.
Why This Feature Matters #
The Worker List brings clarity and visibility to team hierarchies. It helps you instantly identify who’s working on what, and provides one-click access to key activity records.
Here are a few reasons why it matters:
- It helps admins and supervisors keep track of their team’s real-time activity and current tasks.
- It allows quick access to detailed views like screenshots, backlogs, and work journals without leaving the panel.
- It visually represents reporting lines, showing which workers are managed by each admin.
Overall, it centralizes team visibility, making daily management smoother and more efficient.
Who Should Read This #
This guide is designed for all users who interact with the Team Panel, especially those in roles that involve oversight.
- Organization Owners
- Admins and Midliners
- Crownliners overseeing teams
- Workers who want to understand their own Team Panel view
Each of these users will see a slightly different Worker List view depending on their role and access level.
What This Guide Covers #
By the end of this article, you’ll understand:
- How the Worker List is organized and displayed
- What information is shown for each worker
- How to open and explore a worker’s detailed panels
Feature Overview #
The Team Panel is the second panel in Kaamfu’s main navigation sidebar. It gives users access to worker backlogs, screenshots, and work journals.
For Crownliners, it displays all employees in the workspace. Midliners and Upliners see only the workers they oversee. Frontliners (regular workers) will see only their own entry in the list.
When a new organization owner or worker logs in for the first time, the Team Panel will initially show only themselves. As new members join the workspace, the list grows dynamically to reflect the current team structure.
Key Benefits #
The Worker List simplifies navigation and helps teams stay aligned.
- Structured hierarchy: Shows the profile owner at the top, followed by their downline.
- Instant insights: Displays each worker’s name, avatar, and current task.
- Quick actions: Enables one-click access to productivity, backlog, or work journal views.
- Visual mapping: Admin rows show avatars of all workers they oversee, making relationships easy to identify.
This layout allows you to move seamlessly between worker profiles and stay informed at a glance.
Step-by-Step Instructions #
The Worker List is intuitive, but understanding its structure will help you navigate it faster.
Step 1 #
Open the Team Panel from the left sidebar. It is the second panel under the main navigation.
Step 2 #
Locate your name at the top of the list. Below your name, you’ll see all the workers you oversee. If you’re a frontliner, you’ll only see yourself.
Step 3 #
Click on any worker in the list to open their backlog in the Team subpanel. This shows the tasks currently assigned to them.
Step 4 #
Use the icons next to each worker row for quick actions:
- Locate: Redirects you to the worker’s current task in the Work Panel.
- Productivity: Opens the selected worker’s workday in the right panel.
- Backlog: Opens their backlog in the Team subpanel.
- Work Journal: Displays their time-stamped activity (shift in, pause, shift out) from the past seven days.

Each icon provides focused insights without switching panels.
Step 5 #
If you’re an admin, your row will also display the avatars of the workers you oversee. Clicking an avatar opens that worker’s backlog directly.

Step 6 #
Use the Filter icon at the bottom of the list (the chin) to refine what you see. You can filter by All, Shifted In, or Shifted Out workers.
You can now view, filter, and manage your team efficiently through the Worker List.
