The multi-item move feature in Kaamfu allows you to select a group of items within a Board and transfer them together to another Board or even a different Space.
This can be done directly from the Work Panel, making workspace organization fast and intuitive.

Step-by-Step Instructions #
Follow these steps to move multiple items between Boards or Spaces.
Step 1: Log In and Open the Work Panel #
Log in to your Kaamfu account.
From the main dashboard, navigate to the Work Panel where your Item Boards are located.
Step 2: Open the Source Item Board #
Select the Board that contains the items you want to move.
Ensure you can see all the items clearly before selecting them.
Step 3: Select Multiple Items #
Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard.
While holding Shift, click on each item you want to move.
Each selected item will be highlighted, confirming it’s part of the selection group.
Step 4: Move Items Within the Same Board #
If you want to rearrange items within the same Board, simply drag and drop them to the desired position.
Kaamfu will automatically update their order or grouping.

Step 5: Move Items to Another Board or Space #
If you’re moving items to a different Space or Board, use the top toolbar that appears after selecting items.
Click the Copy & Move button at the top panel.
Next, choose your preferred Space and Board from the list, then click Move to complete the transfer.
All selected items will be moved together to the chosen location.

Step 6: Confirm the Move #
Open the target Board or Space to confirm that all items have been successfully transferred.
You can now manage, reorder, or edit them as needed.
