Feature Overview #
The Item Dashboard is a side panel that opens on the right-hand side of an item’s conversation view. It shows time, effort, assignment, and history data related to that specific item.
You can open or close it with one click using the Item Dashboard icon in the item header.
Step-by-Step Instructions #
Step 1 #
Open the Kaamfu Web App and go to the item you want to review.
Step 2 #
Click on the Conversation Tab for that item to open its conversation view.
Step 3 #
Locate the Item Dashboard icon in the item header (top-right of the conversation window). Hovering over it shows a tooltip labeled “Item Dashboard.”
Step 4 #
Click the Item Dashboard icon to open the dashboard. It slides out in the right-hand panel beside the conversation.
Step 5 #
Review the dashboard contents such as Space & Board name, item title, duration, assignment details, and the timeline.
Step 6 #
To close the dashboard, click the Item Dashboard icon again. The panel collapses back into the conversation view.
Once open, you can interact with its fields—rename the item, modify assignees, or view progress data—all without leaving the page.
