Kaamfu automatically tracks the efforts made by users on every Item, Board, and Space through active work sessions and captured activity data.
You can view this information in two places:
At the Tile Level for a quick overview, or At the Chin for detailed effort breakdowns.
Both options make it easy to measure work contributions without manual tracking.

Ways to Check Efforts #
Kaamfu provides two simple ways to review effort data. You can check high-level totals at the tile level or dive deeper into detailed effort distribution at the chin of the Workline panel.
At Tile Level #
This view provides a quick summary of total hours spent behind any Space, Board, or Item.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Work Panel #
Go to the Work Panel from your main workspace navigation.
Step 2: Locate the Space, Board, or Item Tile #
Scroll or search for the specific Space, Board, or Item you want to review.
Step 3: View Total Efforts on the Tile #
You’ll see total hours displayed directly on each tile.
- For a Space or Board, Kaamfu shows the combined hours of all members.

- For an Item, it displays the effort recorded by the assigned user.

This gives you a quick understanding of total work done without opening additional views.
At the Chin #
This view provides a detailed breakdown of efforts contributed by individual members.

Step 1: Open the Work Panel #
Navigate to the Work Panel to access the active workspace structure.
Step 2: Select the Desired Space, Board, or Item #
Click on the relevant Space, Board, or Item from the list or panel view.
Step 3: View Effort Details at the Chin #
At the chin of the Workline panel, you’ll see effort details associated with each member of that item.
This includes total time spent and individual contributions, giving you a more granular look at team effort.
