Enterprise Support can be managed in two ways:
- Via Profile Menu → toggle support on/off in your account settings
- Via Align Menu → access “Live Support” or “Enable Enterprise Support” from the Getting Started page
Both methods achieve the same result: temporarily adding or removing a Kaamfu admin from your workspace.

Step 1: Enabling via Profile Menu #
- Click the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the Kaamfu web application
- Tick the checkbox for Kaamfu Enterprise Support
- Click ‘Okay’ in the pop-up window to confirm

Step 2: Enabling via Align Menu #
- From the Navigation Bar, click on the ‘Align’ menu
- On the Getting Started page, click ‘Live Support’ at the top panel, or select ‘Enable Enterprise Support’ from the list
- Toggle the option to enable support

Step 3: Disabling via Profile Menu #
- Click the Profile icon at the top-right corner
- Untick the Kaamfu Enterprise Support checkbox
- Click ‘Okay’ in the pop-up window to confirm
