Description:
A summary of total work hours for all workers with daily, weekly, and monthly views.

Details:

  • Displays how many hours each worker has logged across the organization.
  • Categorizes effort into Today, This Week, and This Month sections.
  • Offers a clear snapshot of total logged time and overall activity output.

Scheduling Option:
You can schedule this report for automated daily delivery by email at the end of each workday.

Description:
A report of queue responsiveness, idle time, and engagement across all workers.

To Enable or Disable Report Scheduling: #

  1. Go to the Reports Panel from the Navigation Panel.
  2. Locate the desired report and use the toggle switch to enable or disable scheduling.
  3. Enabling the toggle will start daily email delivery of the report at the end of each workday.

  2. On the right panel, select the Recipient button.
  3. Choose the teammate(s) you wish to add or remove.
