Feature Overview #
An Attention Request is a quick way to alert another user when something requires their immediate focus.
Any member within a Space, Board, or Item can raise an Attention Request for another user.
When raised, the request appears prominently on the receiver’s Kaamfu tab—over all other elements—ensuring it’s noticed right away. The request stays visible until the receiver manually closes it.
You can find the Attention Request option in message menus or action areas within a Space, Board, or Item.
Key Benefits #
The Attention Request feature provides several important advantages:
- Instant visibility
Requests appear as an on-screen pop-up that can’t be missed by the recipient.
- Universal access
Any user within the same Space, Board, or Item can send an Attention Request—no special permissions needed.
- Targeted communication
Each Attention Request is directed to a specific teammate instead of the entire group, helping avoid unnecessary noise or confusion in conversations.
- Persistent until acknowledged
The notification remains open until the receiver closes it, ensuring important updates are seen.
These benefits make it easier to maintain real-time coordination within distributed or multitasking teams.
