- Groups: Flexible conversations not tied to any project, task, or board. Great for general discussions like daily updates, cross-department chats, or announcements

- Open the Directory from the side panel.
- Go to the Groups tab.
- Select the members you want to add
- Click on Create Group.
- Enter a name for the Group.
- Click Create.

- Go to the Topics tab.
- Select the members you want to add.
- Click on Create Topic.
- Enter a name for the Topic.
