We have officially launched the first mobile web version of Kaamfu.ai, and this update is directly shaped by how you are already using Kaamfu.
Until now, the primary way to access Kaamfu was through the desktop experience. Over time, however, a clear pattern emerged: over 90 percent of new sign-ups happen from mobile, and many of our existing customers have consistently asked for a lightweight mobile option that allows real work to happen without waiting to get back to a computer. People want to explore, configure, and take action the moment the need arises, not later when they happen to be at a desk.
With the mobile web launch, that gap is now closed. New users can sign up and enter Kaamfu directly from their phone, and existing customers can perform critical actions without turning on their laptops. There is no device switching, no forced handoff to desktop, and no app to download. The experience is immediate and uninterrupted, which matters for managers and business owners who are already juggling too many tools and too many contexts.
This is not a limited preview or a surface level companion experience. The mobile website provides real operational access. From Friday January 30, 2026, new and existing users can start your workday, initiate and manage shifts, invite new workers into your organization, assign administrative privileges, and complete the setup of your organization. These are core actions that previously required desktop access, and they are now fully supported in a mobile-first flow that is designed for speed and clarity.
Performance and responsiveness were priorities from the beginning. The mobile web experience is fast, clean, and intentionally designed to feel like a native mobile app while remaining accessible through the browser. This means no storage commitments, no permission prompts, and no update cycles to manage. For many teams, especially those onboarding quickly or operating in the field, this simplicity makes a real difference.
This release is also a foundation for what comes next. We are actively rolling out additional mobile capabilities that will allow you to create and assign work, start tasks, and manage execution directly from your phone. The goal is not simply to view information on mobile, but to actually move work forward there. Mobile should be a place where progress happens, not just a place where status is checked.
